Vegasvic Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 Good evening everyone, Hope you are all doing well! I finally got around to taking some pics of my new rep. Don't have a DSLR, but my Sony Cybershot is just OK. Obviously no mods done at this point, but let me know your thoughts, evaluation, and possible suggestions for this piece. Thanks, V
below24 Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 Looking good! I wish mine still looked like that. 4/5 years on still keeping great time! What mods were you thinking for this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Just off hand, installing an Incabloc shock protector, and replacing the painted Panerai logo on the movement with engraved letters. Needs to be cleaned, oiled, and regulated too. What's the water resistance on yours? Would like mine to be at 40m at least.
below24 Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 Mines at least 30. I was unsure at first. But got carried away and went deep (for me about 30 metres). Was fine I should really have mine checked over. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
glassreplica Posted March 7, 2014 Report Posted March 7, 2014 I have a davidsen ultimate Pam 111 going for three or fours year now and still great. I had a bib strap for it which has been awesome, but now am looking for something that is closer to the gen straps. Did you, or are you replacing your strap, as I think that is one area that is a complete give away on the Pam's? If you are replacing it, did you manage to source a cheap gen / good rep?
Arctos Posted March 7, 2014 Report Posted March 7, 2014 I don't know why people bother with reps of the OEM straps. For the same money, just get a Panatime. It's totally normal in the Paneristi world to have a different strap, or a bunch of different straps. They put a screwdriver in the box, fercryinoutloud.

It's an addiction my friend At first I was like that then the bug bit me and been addicted ever since
timlwx Posted March 10, 2014 Report Posted March 10, 2014 looks great. Be careful for the screw. It's easy to loose at beginning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
