whereisbrothersterling
Hey gents I have learned in the general discussion area that I need a Tudor Snowflake dial to fit movement 2783 and that the dial yuki offers will not work. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy a dial for 2783 to fit in my gen 94110? Or does anyone have a dial that the feet can be moved? Any help will be greatly appreciated. This may sound like a Want to Buy ad but I think this information will prove valuable to future users to have in the Rolex area. Thank you all so much for saving my butt on buying the wrong dial. I was hoping it would be as easy as ordering a Yuki Dial but this is part of the fun I guess.
1680
You can remove and reposition dial feet, all you need is an experienced watchmaker with a laser welding machine, the feet can be soldered to, but with that you have a greater chance of damaging the printed surface of the dial due to higher temperatures. marrickvilleboy
just cut the feet - unless you go genuine dial. They do pop up from time to time - if you read my previous thread on my 9411 build - you will come across all of this...
tomhorn
Check with Phong. Also, mahand1 on eBay used to have them from time to time.
DVNE
mahand1 is all out and doesn't know when he'll be getting any more in stock.
marrickvilleboy
mahand1 is also only 2824/2836 dial feet compatible
tomhorn
There was an old thread on this someplace that inferred that Yuki made two versions of the dial and you had to specify which one. If you haven't already, you might want to ask. Looks like NDtrading has one also. Price is a bit steep though. http://ndtradingcorp.com/zen/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=
