DW 6239 freeze

Hi

When I removed my watch the other night, a 6239 Rolex David Wong, she slipped out of my hands and fell on the wafer. Fortunately there was a carpet but since it does not want to restart :-/
A friend opened it to watch the movement and he told me that it appeared that the spiral was stuck.
What do you think? And you would know someone who could repair me?

regards

It looks like your hairspring is tangled. The spirals should all be evenly spaced. If you have a loupe or magnifying glass, look closely at the motion of the hairspring as you gently rotate the balance wheel (do not force it) & you should be able to locate what the spring is hanging-up on. Because of the fragility of the hairspring, I would recommend having a watchmaker untangle it for you. Otherwise, your next request will likely be for instructions on how to replace a mangled hairspring. ;)
