Notice that as the center seconds hand is moving around, the Minute hand is not going to land Exactly on the minute-marker, exactly at 60 seconds. Also notice the center of the 1/5 hand while it spins. Doesn't look like its sitting Perfectly centered or its slightly out-of-round? Dave...
