Yes- they sell those dirt cheap over there. Some are $29!  I bought a $69 version for the GF, not a bad deal.

Noel those are quartz this is an ETA 2824 they own/ are part of Swatch Group.  

 

PS cheapest I've seen the quartz of this is is $ 59, a matter of fact I have both versions.

Swiss Legend is owned by Swiss Watch International, not the Swatch Group.

Tom correct thought Swatch owned SWI also but wharever ETA's at a great price.
