Uberscreamer Posted November 29, 2014 Report Share Posted November 29, 2014 Honestly, I find a razor blade (the kind that is found in a utility knife) to be the best way to ensure a straight edge cut when paired with a clean glass or marble cutting board. Anything with a scissor motion cut is taking too much of a chance that one side will slip under the other, and you will have an uneven cut.
