Guys. The parts are coming together finally.

Do you think its worth sourcing a gen bezel assembly or is the tc assembly close enough?

Gen insert will be used in either one.

I used a TC for mine. I think you may have to work it a bit to fit a gen bezel, not sure though.

It is of my understanding that the bezel teeth on the TC are too shallow? However, i have a superfranken 16610LV with TC bezel and i dont think its that big of a deal...

Depends on how anal you are ? But When you gone this far i get a Sean or gen bezel my superfranken LV with Sean case and the bezel are really the best

I might have a spare Sean bezel i can sell you but will have to get home first

I saw the one on trf. Just don't know if it will fit the tc case. And then ill need the retaining, tension ring and spring to complete it. May be getting too close to 50% cost of a gen.

From what I've read in other peoples experiences, other bezels don't mesh well with other cases. I believe TC's midcase has a lip that will create some work on either the case or retaining ring to get it to fit if its not TC->TC.

I only have one build under my belt, so I may have that info wrong, but I seem to remember scrapping the mixed-matched bezel idea pretty early.
