shinynewbling25
Just ordered this today from Trusty. Saw it in a dealer and tried it on. It was soooo much better than the 44 super thick panerai's I tried on and classier too ( I have 6.5 inch wrists so 44mm doesn't work too well). I kind of got it on impulse after considering a chronomat evo (gave in to the fact it's too big for me) and then I saw this. Anyone know what the movement is? Is it a 6479? or some asian auto without the winding mechanism?
texan
Help a newb understand this rep. Although the front of the watch looks amazing, the back of the watch draws my attention to the fact that the rep movement is upside down compared to the gen. Are there no comparable rep movements that would be more accurate? Also, why use blue screws at all? John - learning a bit more each day.

No comparable movement , this looks pretty good even if the wrong way round. Do you care that much? blue screws are a bit of mistake agree there but not exactly end of the world and can probably be rectified Have just accepted QC a pics on mine. So will see soon enough. texan
Thanks for the quick reply. None of the items mentioned would deter me from buying the watch. It is a beauty. Just curious as to the configuration. This could be my third purchase since taking up the hobby last month. Man, I need to slow down. LOL!!! mm..mm
Guys I am trying to see what flaws are apparent on the front of the watch. Anything noticable on the dial? I am unable to find any?
mrbobdobalina
This is one of the few PAM reps that is on my radar right now. I like it more every time I see it.

StormTooper4
It's odd one size wise. I don't know if you find the 47mm a massive jump from the 44's like I do. This is like the reverse feels much smaller. Perhaps its because I am not used to the Rad case shape.
mir36
Looking at your wristie, the CP diameter looks pretty small compared to the other 512s i've seen posted. Looks spot on to the gen! Can't wait to get mine.
asciwhite
-------- I am so used to 47mm and 44mm now that I think I would feel this is too small.. Taste changes during the years... It is a beauty though.

It is a beauty though. I think anyone that happily rocks a 47 will find this a big change. On a decent smart strap this would make an ideal dress watch. dante
I will be ready to purchase one when and if the new generation com up, No blue screws but platinum, movement in correct position no upside down, and add some Teeth to the main gold wheel. If someone will be ready to do this corrections it will be the best replica.
