derik429
Hey guys, I'm looking to change the bracelet on a breitling. Would this tool do that? I know it's just the tip and not the actual bar. I have a spring bar pusher already. Just need a smaller for for th breitlings. Any help is appreciated. http://www.amazon.com/Bergeon-6767-AF-Replacement-6767-F-Spring/dp/B00PGR73ZM/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1422482561&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=bergeron+6767f

derik429
Yup think I would just be able to get away with the tip instead of the whole tool?
dbane883
I suppose you could grab it with a pair of pliers ghetto style. I use a gen Bergeon 6767 but I think there are cheaper knock offs that will accept that tip as well. Just get one of those instead. Its fraught with peril if you just get the tip. Like my dad always said, "use the right tool for the job. Don't shortcut."

Resistor
I sometimes use a dental pick on bracelets with tight confines. Even a push pin has been able to remove spring bars in a pinch. Just grab the shoulder of the spring bar and pull it away from the lug hole (carefully).
droptopman
I bought one of offshores tool kits here on the forum when I first joined and the spring bar tool that came with the kit takes bergeon 6111 replacement pins which do not have threads and are two sided. http://www.amazon.com/Bergeon-6111D-Replacement-Pins-Spring/dp/B00PGUV4JU/ref=pd_sim_a_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0P65058EAT40B9MGD153 works great easy to flip from small to large or v blade to pin. dbane883
Ofrei has one for $22. Re FB-504http://www.ofrei.com/page252.html
panerai153
Unless this is the last strap or bracelet you plan to change, I would get the one from Ofrei. These are nice high quality tools and the ends are interchangeable, so if you break a tip or fork, they can be replaced.

cjjoyce1
think I would just be able to get away with the tip instead of the whole tool? Just the tip, just to see how it feels...then we'll talk about using the whole tool
derik429
Hey all, I was sizing my new rubber strap when one of the "pushers" came off the deployment clasp. I can't get it back in for the life of me. Any help? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
