stenofsweden
Hey all,I have had a dream for many years, and that is a nice 1675 with a jubilee bracelet...I have seen some model @ Josh, but I´m to much of a noob to tell if its any good or not. Can you guys pls give me some advice on a purchase Cheers
508-Fanatic
StoneP and other members will at times sell decent GMT's. Anything from our TD's will be okay, but really require a bit of work to get the watch really accurate.
panerai153
The older GMT's are hard to replicate accurately, and most of the reps from dealers are not very close. One big tell, which people who are familiar with 1675's can see are the crown/ crown guards. The 1675 uses a 5.3mm crown which is pretty small. The crown guards are designed for that crown. The reps use 6mm crowns with crown guards to match. That crown is noticeably bigger. If you install a correct 5.3mm crown there is a pretty big gap between the crown and crown guardsOther tells as well, depth of case, insert, dial, hands, etc. there have been some really nice 1675's built but it's not and easy one to do correctly. Here is my genuine 16750, compare it to the rep models and you can see the differences.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

ceejay
This is mine and started as a 1655 from Josh. This has the correct 5.3mm crown fitted Lots of work go's into these builds, but they are worth it.
