Gaskets for new build - Tudor 9411/0

Hello Guys,

 

Just build myself another 9411/0 from gen parts, Does anyone know what size the caseback gasket is?

I have a gasket but it is to small and thin.

I also missing a gasket in the 702 tube...are these still available in gen or aftermarket?

I don't think the 702 had a rubber gasket, only the 703 I thought.

When cleaning the tube I found some black hardened residue so I supose it had a gasket

All gen, it's a '75 - 9411/0

702 has a gasket sitting on the end of the crown tube - it often gets stuck to the inside of the crown when you remove the crown from the case.

The 702 is very simar to the 700 with its gaskets. This shows how the crown gasket fits in the end of the tube.

Thx Nanuq,  so 2 gaskets inside the tube.

Two inside, one in the crown, and there is no groove in tube for external like the 703 has.

Eslinger has a complete case reference chart for all case numbers and which gaskets go with each one. I just had to get a new case gasket for my 1680.

Thanks guys,  found it.  It seems that the gaskets for the 703 tubes are also used in the 702 tubes. Ref: 29-06000
