Feedback option is gone?

I've just sold another watch and I tried to leave (positive) feedback on the buyer. Couldn't find the feedback option anymore. My VIP membership recently expired but before I always saw the option. Are these two linked with each other?

Bro you can now leave feedback via the "create" tab on the top right of the page, next to your profile tab.
