tobico
After buying rep for over 15 years (my first Pam was from Eddy and second rep is AP Nick Faldo series), I'm now into high end Quartz watch and gen watches. Most of the brothers here understand the low maintenance of Quartz. Today I like to share a rare piece I found in China that's high end Quartz and reliable VC. Enjoy... GenTLe
The watch is beautiful.... But I can't stand quartz watches... In terms of fascination it is like to compare a "perfect but cold" Mercedes hybrid with a 275 GTB:
Mike on a bike
I have nothing against quartz, depends on what I'm up to. Nice by the way very nice.
508-Fanatic
I lust after the 275 GTB 4 cam. One of the sexiest cars ever built, and I agree - quartz watches are only useful because they're accurate and don't need a winder, but if it's a rep of an automatic and it doesn't tick...then hmm. In terms of fascination it is like to compare a "perfect but cold" Mercedes hybrid with a 275 GTB: Agree! Was like that but now I'm slowly moving away to the practical side of rep. Mechanical rep has a high failing rate and it's very difficult to manage 50 mechanical rep all the time My strategy is now Gen watch and rep Quartz. Gen for collection and self-fulfillment, rep for dress and daily wear
