Ap 15400 tt on rubber

Here are some pictures of something new for me.

I can not understand if that model comes form a popular factory or comes from the street market canal.

The dial looks nice but the screws are terrible in my opinion and frankly speaking I can not understand witch movement is fitted in.

It would be glad to have your opinion.

Ah italian guy is trying to sell it on another forum. I'm not considering to buy it. I'm considering to mix my jf ss and my jf rg 15400 and make it.

The watch isn't looking pretty.. 

But I'm interested in the strap. Since when is there a rep rubber strap for the 15400? Or is the strap genuine?
