Can't wait to have her ready...she'd look so lovely

Build will be now...

Gen refinished MilSub dial
Gen 702 crown
Gen tube
HR sword hands
Gen T19
WSO bezel assembly
Custom MilSub bezel inlay

Where did you get the inlay /insert from? Will the serif be correct?

Got it of the bay and no it hasn't the correct serifs. But even a wrong inlay looks better than none and so I choose a cheap one at first so I have time to hunt for a good one :)

What an ingredient mate! Looks awesome and looking forward to see the final product. What's the case base tho?

Thank you :)

Base case is a Cartel reworked by Rolojack. I let Domi do the build and install the fixed bars.
Can't wait to see the final product too :)

:bounce:...it's only a matter of weeks now. WSO assembly is on its way and I already received several inlays to play around with. I hope next week I'll have some time to bleach and heat and age the inlays :)

The 2846 should be here next week...she's getting closer to being built :D

Well...my 5517 plans just stopped...Domi isn't able to install fixed bars and I have to find a new case.

But....

I just bought a gen refinished 5513 dial :D
Now all I need is a different inlay since I already got gen Tudor hands. Everything else can be used :)

Just some better pics of the dial. I found out that the Tiffany and Co with underlined o is never been seen on a Rolex dial but they did it like this back in 19th century as well as on wrist watches in the 30s and 40s. So it's somehow authentic and since I like it I'll leave it like this. At the end it's still a rep and it's my rep :)

The print on the dial looks pretty good and and seems to be a real Singer plate.

Gen 703 crown and tube

WSO bezel assembly

WSO bezel is working fine...sits rather tight than loose

Ok tks

But do you have bought only the rotating bezel or also the retaining ring ? Do you have a link where do you bought them?

Because I read that wso rotating bezel don't have the groove / rabbet that should be embed/get stuck on the retaining ring groove/rabbet ..(I can't find the correct word )
