Appreciate all the responses guys and indywatchguy is correct but I asked because I few I have dealt with do not anymore

Some of the dealers have been burned pretty badly by idiots starting a Paypal dispute, usually way before the dealer has a chance to rectify the situation. Can't blame them. Others will still take PayPal, but as was said above, only from buyers they have dealt with in the past. Certainly not a 100% guarantee, but much less likely that someone who has been around a while and bought multiple watches will file a PayPal dispute.
