No point in replacing a broken SA3135 stem with another exact one.. same fragileness. Try to get a better stem aftermarket?


I tread softly along the fine line separating raving insanity and lucid moments of ingenuity. The issue is I've no idea which is which mostly.

Agree, thats why I make my own stems for the SA3135 movements, the originals are too fragile for regular use.

yes, im considering doing my own too. Which one do u use as a base? Do gen hands fit a sa3135 btw?

To be honest never tried gen Rolex hands on a SA3135, all of my previous customers with this movement usually have me fit a Yuki in its place.

 

As to stem I use as a base, unsure, I purchased a "lot" on ebay, a few hundred various stems, so all I do is find one which is a suitable base, and use that.
