jonthebhoy
Just received this from Jay and Angel, passed on by r11co in the bulk buy deal from the old RWG. Russian movement. Needs wearing in for quite a while to get that authentic vintage look. Thoroughly delighted with it especially for the money. Many thanks to Rico for bringing it down to sunny Balloch for me. An enjoyable afternoon was had by us both. JTB

jonthebhoy
Thanks guys. Yeah - 45mm case and screw down crown which is a bit stiff but hopefully will slacken off in time, as long as I don't cross-thread it first! JTB
dadog13
that is a nice panny...and the strap (even if it comes with a rep) is a nice looking one- is that only the impression i get from the photos or is really like that? wear it well! jonthebhoy
No dadog....it is a nice strap but is one hole short of being a comfortable fit, so I'm on the lookout for a punch tool that will do small rectangular holes. JTB

jonthebhoy
Thanks Chris for pointing him in the right direction. Apparently the plain back is as the genuine. Rico (r11co) tells me it was so the navy boys could have their own personalised engraving done. JTB
