This is my first watch with the Asian 7750 movement and still learning about it. My question is how long is the power reserve on these movements. The reason why I ask is that I wore it all day yesterday and took it off at about 10 pm. When I woke up this morning around 6:30 am, I noticed that the watch stop at about 2:30 am. b16a2 Posted March 16, 2007 Report Share Posted March 16, 2007 I think the Asian movement only automatically winds in one direction (think its counterclockwise) whereas the ETA winds in both (please correct me if Im wrong here!). If you manually wind it, it should run alot longer. You might find it stops after wearing it on the wrist after a shorter time as it might not wind fully. My SMP Chrono does the same, it doesn't last that long sometimes after taking it off if Im just winding it from the wrist movement. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
