watchman12345
hmm that usually means its out of customs. 6 days? long time if its released from customs in your country.

insane
contact them
watchman12345
Most definitely contact them. Im almost 100% sure that international shipment release means its through customs. You have nothing to worry about now and can contact them as a disappointed customer not someone afraid to open his mouth!
daan
the tracking system says nothing about going trough customs.... it only says "international shipment release" anyone in the netherlands have the same problem i am scared of all the stories that going around... watchman12345
My fedex never says anything about customs. intl shipment release followed almost immediately by on fedex vehicle for delivery....
deepsea
int'l shipment release means, package is released from customs... it should be on fedex vehicle for delivery after that... if it stucks in customs the label should be "bound into the customs" or something like that. this may mean another problem than customs. Torques
Fedex if full of thieves. I remember once a shipment of 25 laptops in one shipment went missing, 3000.00 a laptop (back when they cost that much), do the math. Taking any package is nothing to them, hope you get what you want though.
daan
yesterday i called fedex about the package..... i am f**cked..... ,the package has been taken and customs is investigating everything they will contact me when they know more, that is what the fedex lady told me so i have to wait and see what happens,i informed my dealer but he is veeeeeeery slow in replying i ordered 1 watch but the package contains 0,5 kg .....that is very heavy for one watch... watchman12345
Unlucky, and strange. The 0,5 kg is the minimum weight you can declare on fedex i think. Its not the exact weight of the watch! Keep us informed.
daan
yesterday i received a letter from the customs in which stood that they seized the watch(steelfish)and if i sign this letter i would not be prosecuted. i have already signed the letter my dealer promised he would send a replacement we will wait for what happens next

b16a2
Be careful if you wish to receive the replacement form your dealer. Just imagine them finding another replica watch, exactly the same! I don't know anything about prosecutions, but that would make me very wary of re-ordering so soon.
daan
i know that i will be watched now i am not stupid but at least the dealer is willing to help me as soon as he checks his email he probably contacts me
