What do you guys think of this watch? I'm considering it, it is 44mm case size, but get this, the case is 20mm thick! The crystal is 4.5mm thick.

This watch would be so cool to see on my 6.5" wrist.

Nice watch, but IMO too thick.

My Omega SMP pro chrono (17mm thick) didn't get much wrist time because of the thickness in combination with shirt cuffs... But, that was when 40mm was big for my 6.75" wrist.

Still high on my 'to acquire' list. Definitely one to obtain gen- cannot find good price on the Ti version.

That is like wearing an oversized White Castle burger on your wrist. 44mm x 20mm just seems to be poorly proportioned. If you want to go that direction buy a vintage PAM compass and strap that on. At least it will appreciate. To give you some sense, the PAM 187 with 47mm case and 5mm crystal is only about 17mm thick and that falls into the category of wearing a hockey puck.

admin, I vote nay on this. I have too-many-White-Castles-wrists and there's no way I'd strap on either the 187 or the GP. Just flat out too big.

I love the position of the datewindow and the crown on this one. It has a very young sporty look about it and would be perfect for the summer time...during the winter it would need to rest (save if you are uncle bob from the north). If you feel young buy it.
