Rob1
Has anyone compared how the AR coating on the current Ferrari reps (the 008 in particular) compare with gen watches? I'm trying to decide whether I should go for AR coating on my rep. Although it is obvious that the Ferrari has fairly good AR it isn't in the same league as the (ultimate) Chopard and nowhere near as good as the Steelfish. Is the AR on the gen especially strong? watcher
THe Ferrari models have only internal AR which becomes apparent under strong sunlight and halogen lighting. Omega are the same with the SMP's. You get reflection under certain conditions on the genuine watches and the reps.
Watchmeister
Haven't seen the rep but the gen has one coating so it is not noticeable. If there is any coating on the rep you are fine.
richard lawton
Hi I checked the yellow dial model side by side with the original under typical shop spot light, both were identical, virtually no AR visible Hope that helps Richard
