The watches I did that with, I killed the movements... Regulation is something I'll be leaving to the professionals from now on

Its easy with an ETA to make small adjustments, mine is looking like minus 1 second at the moment (over 12 hours not 24) but will make it plus 2 sec if i can, i always prefer my watches to run a couple of seconds fast rather than slow.
