The difference is in the dial - it has to be in "tobacco brown" on the 61 and 118, while the 177 has a black dial. Since "H" series, the 177 has the Sandwich dial. Micky yepyep, you pretty much covered everything Just to add a few things, 61C & D have closed caseback and 118, 177 have display.
