Would Love to upgrade my membership...but

I would love to upgrade so I can post some pieces I have for sale, but when I try to do so I get an error message :

Selecting a new payment provider or something. The exact same error at TRC. What the heck is going on!?

Is there a new RWG group or a better board where we can upgrade to get the info we need? I feel like I am missing out on info by not being able to upgrade.
