How do you find out the thread pitch of the screws? I don't know where to find a gauge that small?

ok i know the tap and tap wrench are needed....what are the 3 drill bits for....one i assume is for the actual crown tube hole Pre tapping...and one is for the counter sink? and one for.... lugs?
