tostef
Have removed 3 links, that were connected with screws. But that's not enough. One other link should go. Is there any possibility to remove another one, eg with a saw? Could there be a problem because the bracelet is broadening? Unfortunately there are only 3 removable links. Not three on each side If I could remove 2 links on each side, that would be great. Do such thin wrists exist? Make a pic of it Wich kind of wrist size do you have, even i got a small wrist and all my subs have 4 links removed and they fit pretty Greetings Navi My wrist is about 6.5 inches. Have removed 3 links (one on the left and two on the right side). The watch is slipping down to the wrist (little bit too far). So, it would fit better if I could remove a second link on the left side. But there's not another screw to remove that link. Hi cableguy, i bought it new. I'm also a bit confused. If I could remove a second link on the other side the watch would fit perfectly. Dizzy
Yeah thats weird. Try contacting the seller to see if they have a bracelet that maybe has some more adjustment than the one you got. I thought i had small wrists and i still have a full link i could remove and about 3 notches in the clasp left.. Unfortunatly there isnt much else you can do with that bracelet.. sure you could take a "saw" to it but wow... im not sure how you're gunna wrap up that project and if you do take a saw to it, please post pics ha ha Lonnie
docblackrock
Pics might help, even though you have described the problem. Strange one, not something that's ever come up. When did you buy it? Known dealer source? Oh and congrats on being a member of the McQueen avatar subforum - there must be about 50 of you guys now

Just hold both outer end of the link with pliers and pull, then the link will disemble. Bear in mind you will need some force to do it. The link is secured by punching pins not screws, so by applying pulling action it will open up. Give it a try.
Dizzy
Yikes!! haha Be sure to wrap the "teeth" on those pliers with some cloth tape or something first so you dont destroy your oyster bands finish Not a difficult job. Thank you bertieng. Will try it. If it's not working, I'll contact the dealer. If I use a saw, then I'll post pics of it Bought the watch from a trusted seller, two weeks ago. A very good seller actually. @ docblackrock: I like the pic of McQueen. Hope this one is not double here Also thanks to all the other ones, who tried to help! tostef
Hi last night my bracelet survived the last house on the left, but not this link Used to pliers and pulled, very long. But it worked! But do that only if you don't want to use that link further on. The hole for the pin that I removed is a little bit smaller, so that the screw doesn't fit anymore. So it had to be enlarged with a little drill. And now it fits perfectly! Thanks for the great idea bertie!
