Stephane Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Many thanks Ziggy for your time and energy in helping us all to understand what is what in this rep world. It's absolutely these posts that makes RWG so unique. Cheers Stephane
Marc283 Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Thanks for this great technical insight!!
dluddy Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Now that's engineering Let's hope this is the start of a whole new series of interesting possibilities. Great teardown and review, as usual Ziggy
rek001 Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Just remarkable, The Zigmeister! Thanks so much. OK, color me clueless but which new reps other than the Bentley have secs @ 3? Also, how would this movement work with a Daytona? (secs @ 6 or 9)
new & improved osteopath Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Sorry to come so late to the party. EXCELLENT REVIEW as always. Thanks for all the hard work and time it took to do this. -O
FxrAndy Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 What can you say to infromation like that, as Offshore said not even gen forums have insight like that , beyond praise. If you ever come to europe again i promise you will have a q a mile long to buy you steak and what ever dring you want.
guanaco Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 Major bump for this excellent review!
freddy333 Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 1 of the saddest losses for RWG was Ziggy, our in-house watch guru (not a bad painter, either). 1 of the other sad losses is all of the staggeringly beautiful pics Ziggy posted in many of his brilliant technical threads like this 1. There is no way to convey the power of Ziggy's articles without their accompanying pics; many being next to useless without them. I believe the 1 you are viewing now is 1 of Ziggy's best & it, too, misses the top mark since the pic links are all broken. But the wealth of information about the Asian 7750, which continues to power many rep & franken watches today is too useful not to be missed by you newbies. So, bumped.
