World Traveller Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 This one caught my eye, curious to hear opinions on it. Usually I don't like the Louis Vutton brand but this is a pleasing design.
robertk Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 It's a stunning watch. I get a lot of comments about it. It ain't subtle. It's an eye catcher. Runs great. If you like the style...go for it.
rosnik Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 I ordered one from PT, I'm waiting for delivery. Sure I'll get pictures.
jeroen1985 Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 I thought this was a ladies watch !!
Victoria Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 I thought this was a ladies watch !! It's sleek, elegant, and eye-catching. I think that pretty much covers both sexes, don't you think? P.S.: I have a Louis Vuitton too, but not this one. Enjoy!
AMK000 Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 The problem with Louis Vutton is the same as with Rolex ..... everybody thinks that they are fake.
sulone88 Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Here is another version on the LV chrono tambour watch "LV277" (this may be the one vbarrett has) Which ever one you go with get the leather band I feel it compliments the brown dial nicely.
World Traveller Posted September 11, 2007 Author Report Posted September 11, 2007 Thanks for all the great replies, the design is so striking I couldn't resist it despite that I'm not into brands like LV. One thing that concerns me is that the dials are placed in different positions than the usual 7750 (i.e. 6, 9, 12) and I have heard it can affect reliability. Do you think the modifications that are made can impact long term reliability of the movement.
lazarini Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 Nice i must say , all do the lugs where the strap comes in look to be a specific dimension so i just wonder what if u wanna upgratde the strap that came with this watch anyone making them or u need to buy the gen one .... regards laz
ComCool Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 Will a Swiss ETA 7750 fit this watch?... Now the dials are placed in different positions than the usual 7750?
