OMG, Ken is going to burst a blood vessel too. Medic! No, 2005Submariner. It's not true. A member posted the date erroneously in a recent thread, where you might've gotten that impression. As of 4th October, EMS is back to normal. The person who is selling you that item MAY be wanting extra time, or to give him or her the benefit of the doubt, may want to make sure things are back to "normal" since you know how hectic China is, after a big do.
