00-Aspire eshop Posted May 26, 2006 Report Posted May 26, 2006 Sorry,I do'nt realize every dealer's offer style recently. Who pay shipping charge NOW? If you pay shipping charge for the first shipment and customs hold the package, who pay the shipping charge for second shipment? If you reguest refund,do you also get the refund for shipping charge? Thank you for your opinion. Paul
Chronus Posted May 26, 2006 Report Posted May 26, 2006 I know with one of the dealers, his price quote was always $40 more than the baseprice on his website. I'm in a different region so now I know it should be $25 so I save $15 on every package with upto 3 watches.

Thank you for your opinion. Paul Fortunately never had problems with watches sent to me (knock on wood). But i alway`s ask before ordering what the "rules" are if a package get caught. Who pay shipping charge NOW? > I believe every dealer but one includes this in his price. Or stated otherwise. If you pay shipping charge for the first shipment and customs hold the package, who pay the shipping charge for second shipment? > Split the costs. If you reguest refund,do you also get the refund for shipping charge? > Depends on why it is send back. Split the costs But there will be a lot off other opinions then mine on these questions. retep
Thor Posted May 26, 2006 Report Posted May 26, 2006 I would suggets that both parties share the shipping costs...
Chronus Posted May 26, 2006 Report Posted May 26, 2006 What he's saying is that he includes shipping charges, as well as shipping charges for re-sending etc.
simon Posted May 26, 2006 Report Posted May 26, 2006 If you take the risk you sell much better because buyers can trust to receive their watch. You are experienced enough to know how many watches are cought by customs. Calculate this in your prices and you have lots of happy customers.
