Quality of 2836 in perfect clones?

Hey - just wondering if the 2836s in perfect clone's clones have to be serviced - or should they run fine for many years right out of the box?

They're no better or worse than any other 2836's. You play the odds, but they should run for a good while before needing attention. In an ideal world, the movements should be serviced straight away, but when that service costs as much as the movement, the economics aren't great. Perhaps only for watches that are real keepers; it's a personal thing at the end of the day.

Unless the dealer says the movement has been serviced, you take your chances. But I've only had to have one Swiss movt serviced out of say 15 reps. And two asian 21j's serviced so far- all the rest of my watches I've screwed up on my own, necessitating a service or repair.
