Guest watchbuff
I know there are alot of people out there that have great resources. Where is the best deal online or offline for a gen Rolex. Im in NY and Tourneau is around the corner and no "deal" going on there. I have a "friend" in the biz but he is in Turkey on bizness. Jetsons
Used, I second Timezone: New, I have seen AlanFurman recommended many times plus no tax for New Yorkers. They are not an AD but appear to be reputable. Nice selection as well. Good hunting!

Not sure if you know the answer but if you do thanks. Frankly this has always been a concern to me when considering purchasdees from Alan Furman and the lke. alligoat
I've bought a couple of used gens on ebay, but you got to know the seller. On Timezone, the good deals go fast! And I agree w/ Jet on Alan Furman having good prices on new- I've just never bought a new Rolex!
stilty
oh man, it is almost time to go shopping in the US! $1.00 CDN = $0.91 USD It wasn't long ago that it was the other way around. A sub on Alan Furman is listed at $4800 US or roughly $4400 CDN. If I remember correctly, the CDN list is around $5400. What a savings! stilty
and just another note on the exchange rate... It looks as if someone is already on the program! http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/jwl/472287005.html
freddy333
Alan Furman is both reputable & expensive. But if they have what you seek and you are unable to locate it elsewhere, I would give them a ring.
