Bracelet Adjustment

Recommended Posts

I may be being a little stupid here (!) but I have just got a Chrono Avenger and I am having a few problems adjusting the bracelet! I can get the screw out on one side - no problem. But there is a post in from the other side and no screw head on it. Any ideas or suggestions as to how I get out so I can remove a few links?

Cheers

Interesting.............Ok I'm guessing that once the screws have been removed you will still need to use a link pin removal tool.

However I'm not a Briet specialist so I will point one of the guys that know at this thread for you.

Well Darren I have sounded out others and they are as unsure as myself, the man you want is Repaustria but unfortunately he is not logged on at the moment.

He most likely will find this thread when he logs on or you might want to compose a PM for him.

If its anything like the navitimer (and it appears from the pictures that it is)... You have to unscrew both screws on the same link. Then the end of the link comes off and you pull the opposite side out. The middle then just falls out.

Tooks me forever to figure this out luckily my dealer joshua emailed in about 20mins, I was doing the same as you, removing one screw from each link i wanted to connect.

Just a quick asian 7750 movement question relating to the same watch...... it appears to be running fast, gaining about 2 minutes in 18 hours. Is this normal for a new watch and will it settle down? I've read somewhere on the forums that watches need to be run in (so to speak) and it may settle down a bit.
