IWC Fa Jones black (wrist) pics

I am pretty much a newbie to rep watches, but rolled into the scene through my brother. As an engineer, the virus got a hold of me pretty quick and it didn't take me long to get into the whole movement thing.

Of course I had to pick one up for myself. I decided to buy a black IWC FA Jones with Andrew, which arrived today. The watch really stands out for me, being both classic, mint, and stylish at the same time. In my view, IWC is like the Audi of watch brands. Stylish and sound, but not over the top like Mercedes or BMW (i.e. Breitling).

I've got a very small wrist (16 cm), but I decided to give it a shot anyway with every euro buying me 1.5 bucks. Below you will find some pics to give you an impression, just in case you are standing on the threshold to buy one, or just wondering what 43 mm is really like. The flash light from the camera undos some of the watch's magic which I can tell is definitely here, but hey: sit back and enjoy.

Cheers,

Thijs

I've got a very smal wrist (16 cm),

Googlecalculatorisyourfriend.

6.2992126 inches. ;)

(There is a thread where men here are comparing to see who has the smallest wrist size. I beat all of you, pff!)

BTW, Thijs, I'm not a fan of Audi, but I do agree with what you say about it. IWC is stylish and yet restrained, just like an Audi. It's a singularly beautiful marque, and you couldn't have made a better choice.

One thing I do notice, is that a lot of us here start our rep watch careers getting these high-powered marques: my very first rep watch was a Patek Philippe. Yours is an IWC. Hardly Rolex-Heaven.

It's nice to dream, without paying a fortune, even if the Euro IS favourable. Good luck! ;)
