Waaayy cool. :thumbsupsmileyanim:

I would be interested in the cost (including initial purchase price) to get it to this point and how that compares to the gen.

Of course the sound will be the big test.

Very cool. It would look great on Jimmy Page's neck too - very British retro. ;) We look forward to its tube debut.

So thats a $2,000 saving (with a little elbow grease) and when you add in that not all of these rep guitars would need a re-paint they are really looking like a great buy.

Going to be very keen to hear your sound test.

thanx man , but the only thing that i salvaged from the rep guitar from china was the body , everything else was garbage .

so i had to buy all new hardware , electronics , neck etc .. the end result was awsome , the guitar sounds amazing !

& it feels good to play something you created  now .i will take her out for a test run on the tube in 1 or 2 days ,

just finished setting up & adjusting the floyed rose trem to my liking & stays in tune excellent! :D ..

heres a lil video diary of my project from start to finish ..

i would recoment all rwg guitar players to build & customize there own guitars instead of spending 2 or 3 k on the same thing .
