If you read the caption directly underneath the photo that is exactly what he explains it is....one of the high quality reps that has hit the internet market.... The article says that for every 750,000 Genuine Rolex that are produced there are 7,500,000 Rolex reps produced....seeing that the article is from 2004 I bet the number is even higher now....might even be approaching 10 million.... It's actually the same photo he uses on his pamplet 'The Rolex Report, Companion Pocket Guide'. The pearl on the pamplet looks better, BTW.
