That's a brilliant idea! Thanks for the info (I don't know the answer to your question, but I would try at 1 AM EST. That's when he answers my emails).

Like TTK's Skype, then DSN's blog, now Jay has some chat method, it seems the collectors are trying to make communication easier. Good stuff.

Ok it has just passed 9.30am in Gaungzhou at the time of this typing so anytime from now on would work for a chat, however I don't believe this is a new feature of his just an unused one so I don't think you will have much luck.

I have never found anyone available for this On-Line chat feature regardless of the time differences. Email produces the best results..."nice day"

I tried it few years ago when I first bought from Jay.

It actually worked but I got into a conversation with some guy named Wang who was running a machine shop.

His English was just slightly better than my Chinese.

Stick with email.

Jay's sometimes online on gmail chat though...
