Confused about MBW 16610

Same problem, with mine. what hapens is that for the insert to fit as it should ,it must be thin to get right on the edge (out) of the bezel but it should be thin on the inner side and a litlle conical so that it doesnt toutch the metalical part that its close to the crystal before it gets to the bezel. Sorry about my english but i hope this helps

I had no problems to install a gen Insert on

It snaps in like the real deal.

yepp - gen insert fits - without grinding it down .... but its not

easy - will require time and a crystal press

WM9 fits like a gen, no mods needed (on mine)

Mmm, from replacing the entire bezel assembly to just pressing it on... makes one wonder if there are some anomaly's to the parts or the case...

Could very well be. Or simply differences in parts batches, etc. Difficult to say why things aren't consistent... And any theories on our part regarding the matter will be nothing more than conjecture, unfortunately.
