I have an EMS tracking number and it does not show up in there system when I try and use it. When I use track a single item I get this error: 信息提示:No information for this tracking. When I use Batch tracking I get this: Till 2008-02-27 13:32:59 0 Items Delivered 1 of Total Trackings I have no idea what this means am I doing this right? I feel like the sheer volume of mail they track is simply so disproportionate to their hardware/ software capabilities that I don't even track my parcels when I order a watch as it's simply too nerve racking!!! KB Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 By all means if your tracking does not show contact your dealer, I personally have come across cases where someone working for the EMS agent has stolen the package. dvn Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 Here is my understanding on how to use ems tracking number 1. the site address is: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp 2. It usually shows up 3 days after the dealer informed you of your the tracking number 3. It usually stop when the package got the the us soil. 4. Continue tracking with the same tracking number through www.usps.com. Information is much more accurate from the usps than ems site. good luck with your package and happy watch hunting.
