macht030
I received my Omega SMP from Andrew just 3 days ago. It has already died. The movement is not running at all. I can adjust the date as well as minutes and hours, but when I try to wind it manually, it feels awful, with strange, uneven resistance. It will not start ticking again. I'm very disappointed. This was supposed to be a Swiss ETA movement. Any insight on what I should do now? Andrew said that he is going to get me the address of his watchsmith to send it to. Tell Andrew that you will send it to him and you would like a replacement - NEW WATCH for basically a DOA movement.
predfan2001
I had this kind of stuff happen with 3 reps I bought from Andrew....don't worry, he'll offer to sell you a more expensive watch at a bit of a discount. Don't fall for it! Make him straighten this deal out.
