jkarpas
I cannot express how happy i am right now!! its the first watch job i finished with 100% success ! As my upo was sent to jakub for this amazing double ar coating, i ordered a gen dial and hands set from ofrei. Pretty pricy but along with the new 1:1 rubber strap from andrew make my upo look 98% like the gen (-2% for the bezel insert) I did the instalation on my own, it was a straiforward job, too bad i did nt take some progress pics to write a diy.. the difference is huge in terms of correct logo, crispness and lume! all hands fit right away and the datewindow its perfectly aligned with the date. Dial feet are 1:1 though i used a small amount of glue in 2 spots to secure the dial to the movement holder. Jakubs ar makes the dial pop out and the crystal to disappear! enjoy the pics and the lume comparison with my gen 005.

lodoubts
Looks Fantastic!. Congrat. i'm tying to do the same, (with k2222 help, i'm not as brave as you), but i've some doubts about offrei parts code of dial and hands,
Guest porsche356a
Awesome work, nothing beats a Genuine Lume.
doc savage
From what I've read here, you CAN modify the gen bezel insert to fit. The downside is you have to buy the whole bezel ($222) to get it, which does not fit.
