Jakub did a brilliant job IMO AR enhances the dial as much as deflects light off the crystal.. so i am not so concerned with the disappearing crystal in the Tag but I wanted to enrich the dial..since this model tag does not have AR on the Gen. Wada ya think ? the crystal won't disappear with the single AR but it's like pasing a gemstone throug gamma.. it just enhances the colour.. Pix Posted April 6, 2008 Report Share Posted April 6, 2008 It seems that one of the drawback for Tag Links, especially the blue is the light reflection which sometimes even prevent taking good pictures. So AR is definitely the way to go, looking at your shots. It seems K2222 and Chieftang made us AR addicts these times. I love this trend, as actually it makes me save money : AR coating prevents me from selling some watches and also simply makes me more busy in modding than in buying. musicale Posted April 6, 2008 Report Share Posted April 6, 2008 I found the Link's crystal too reflective, so I have asked Jakub to AR coat mine as well, but I went for the double AR (can always remove the top later).
