However, not all receiving countries use this, so you'll have to check if Thailand is one of them. If not send it Int Signed For, can track it up until it leaves the UK. Three weeks for a three day service would have me raising all kinds of hell with Parcelforce, believe you me. Royal Mail have NEVER been late on any of my Special Delivery packages.
