Stephane
Hey Cats, I got myself a cheap set and bought a bergeon 29,5 only. This way I have the arm and I can fit it to the die. It's important to get a high quality die because the cheap ones will scratch you cases for sure Cheers Stephane Here some informations in Europe http://www.watch-tool.de/shop.php Cheap set Rolx case opener Hand held opener for Rolx watch cases. highoeyazmuhudee
im PRETTY sure thats what i used on ALL my oyster style rep casebacks. careful of stripping the teeth tho, i find on the reps its easy to come out of mesh with the caseback when applying pressure and trying to turn. I found holding the wrench tool closer to the middle allowed for greater control but at the expensive of some torque.
Cats
Thanks guys. @ Stephane if i understood you correct, you bought the cheap one for the let's say handle bars and the original dye to open the case. Carpe Diem Cats

Carpe Diem Cats Exactly ! The rep/low quality dies will strip on the teeth of the rep case backs. Don't even try them pls
offshore
Amazingly, I beleive the problem is only with the rep 29.5 die! I have used the others on other Rolex, gen and reps and never experienced a problem.....maybe this is rep manufacturers inbuilt flaws at its finest. highoeyazmuhudee
i think the rep casebacks also suffer from poorly milled dies and as such have produced poorly defined teeth on most if not all case backs
Cats
Thanks all for the good advise. It maybe the case that the watch caseback is of a poor quality but i do know that there is a difference between the cheap China copied Bergeon tools and the genuine Bergeon tool. I will not distroy my MBW with lots of modds by using a 50 dollar cheaper tool. @ Stephane Offei is selling the original Bergeon 5537 - M and the 29,5 mm dye. The only thing i don't like is the EMS shipping for 30 bucks but i think they are also willing to ship it with reg airmail.
