Guest porsche356a
Not. Looks like Gen Crown, Insert, Noob dial. Bracelet is noob, as well. Definitely not Gen.
Justasgood
Not. Really? Because....
By-Tor
Crown guards and crystal/rehaut give it away. Not quite deep and shiny enough. Very good replica though. A Noobmariner based one?

P4GTR
Really? Because.... I don't usually do these, as my eye isn't keen to the degree of most. but i'd like to venture a guess for ish and giggles... No sir. My rationale? I could make fried rice in that wok/rehaut. The guards are misshapen too, real or not FFS man, tidy up. No personal offense. I've got a wokked 16610. Pic of a engorged lazer etched crown at 6 would've helped my decision but I digress. jfreeman420
Is that "swiss made" etched on the bottom of the crystal? Never seen that before...........
By-Tor
I could make fried rice in that wok/rehaut. I agree it's a rep... but I don't think it's wokky at all. Probably just a closeup photo that distorts the view.
Guest porsche356a
Furthermore, since its a "newer case" the crown, although Gen is incorrect for this model. The crown should be floating above the 3 dots (triplock) not riding on it.
Justasgood
Are the Crown gaurds really that bad? Laser etched crown very hard to get a Pic of........and no, the swiss made is reflected. But of course you knew that. Rehaut not Wokky...just the angle.
By-Tor
The bezel looks good and thick. Perhaps a gen bezel? The crown guards aren't bad at all. But they're not 100% correct. That's why it got called out mate. They're still a bit too thick from the very bottom.

Justasgood
O.k., Nice work. It is an F serial Noob. All I did was put a Rep crown on......not bad eh? Also added the Gen Insert. All else is as it came. Thanks for the observations. CG shaving on the way. Of course, It will never replace this....

freddy333
Admittedly, I am better with vintage (non-metalized index marker) models, but the only thing that looked wrong (non-gen) IS the crown. Fitted with a gen crown, the rest of the watch could have fooled me. Nice.

Nice. Agreed. JAG, remember we are all jaded here, there are some of us who have studied these to the nth degree, and can decimate such things much easily than the general populous. That said, your 16610 IS an absolute stunner, nonetheless.

What screams "Noob" bracelet and is that bad? I'll admit that Vintage are more my speed as far as details. Thanks.
Guest porsche356a
Well, first it has the hollow mids, so it was not an MBW. Second, on the end links on the GEN 92350 bracelet, the mid links are not so pronounced. Its very subtle, almost invisible, especially as it goes up towards the bezel. It can truly be appreciated in person. Another tell, (although not specified here) is that on the GEN, the ref #s 93250 are not stamped on the bracelet - only the clasp, and the inside of the ELs. w.genzo
Well....... The easiest way to call out this rep is the gap between SEL and lugs. Modern SEL subs don't have any gap
