Eurotimez new MBW 2008 Submariner

i have a noob right now that I bought from ttk. I am not sure what kind of movement it has but it is really load sounds like a rattle when you shack it. Does anybody have the same experience. And also, looks like one of the screws is broken in the link does anybody know how to get it out? I am really excited about the euromariner. I love this watch and it would great to have one that was a little closer to gen.

what exactly makes the DG movements sound like a rattle? my experience with asian movements is MOSTLY seagull and theyre exceptionally quiet...so whats the diff?

That's the rotor and it's noisy, but not a big deal. The ETA's and Rolex automatics are certainly quieter, but I have a Sinn with the modified Swiss 7750 and it has a supercharged rotor, but it's the most accurate watch I have, including my gen Rolexes! Don't sweat the noisy rotor!

i was more interested in why one differs from the other. if a $10 seagull movement can be quiet why cant a similarly priced DG one?

Different design? And don't forget, the asian idea of clean and serviced ain't the same as the Swiss. You could service a $15 movement for $50-100, but does it make economic sense?
