The lack of box and papers on a $15,000 watch is a little troubling, especially added to the fact the dealer does not specialize in watches, but rather jewelry. I'm going to say 'gen' but it's a tough call. engravings on the solid gold is an easy job for any jeweller or engraver. No paperwork at all , no movement shot. Iwouldn't risk.
