fotoman Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 so, i don't get the thinking in reping this watch - the titanic watch i mean, i don't think, even if someone knew what it was, that i would want to be wearing part of a gravesite and on top of it - it doesn't even have any of the titanic in it http://www.pc-80108.com/0222b-p-4613.html at least there are lots of new models - this winter seemed very slow - they are firing out now
jot9011 Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 I agree....Swing and a miss! ....Mot even close anyway.

What's the point?
Corgi Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 Ha! I've always read jokes about this watch getting repped and now... here it is!
chris5264 Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 yes,,,kind a silly,,,can you imagine the Hindenburg pilot watch? Why connect things like that to a watch,,,,and design wise,,,didn't make it either,,imo
fotoman Posted June 4, 2008 Author Report Posted June 4, 2008 the interesting thing is, i think i'd like a watch made from a sunken pirate ship, or sunken treasure from rome but there is something morbid and maybe its the tragedy, associated with the titanic - i also don't want a twin towers watch - nor do i want something from pearl harbor
hambone Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 Next will be the John F kennedy DNA watch with actual pieces of skull imbedded. Morbid curiosity attracts a great many people. Bad taste? Indeed. Human nature? Unfortunately, yes
mikellem Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 And now...(atleast for me!) The website is empty -MM
phaedo Posted June 4, 2008 Report Posted June 4, 2008 I like the watch. Not taking into account the Titanic stuff, it is a very nice looking watch - the dial texture, the hands, the numbers, with the RJ at the top in place of the 12.
