Nanuq Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 My daughter's been learning how to do photography, and took these freehand with my cheesy little 2MP camera. Enjoy!
Seadweller4000 Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Wow, she's talented! Did you help her? I really like the raindrops on the leafs.
Nanuq Posted June 17, 2008 Author Report Posted June 17, 2008 Yeah, you've got that right... She's pretty amazing. The only help I gave her was to stay out of her way! I can't photograph my way out of a wet paper sack. She did them both without a tripod.
b16a2 Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Lovely shots! What camera was she using? I love photography, it's all about capturing the essence of the moment, and she has two perfect examples there!
its_urabus Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 VERY NICE!!! she has a great eye, and I totally agree with her subject matter...
Nanuq Posted June 18, 2008 Author Report Posted June 18, 2008 Wow, I really like yours too! Nice work! My camera is a cheesy little Olympus "Camedia" model. Like a C2000 or something unspecial like that. It's amazing what she can do with it!
Daytona4me Posted June 18, 2008 Report Posted June 18, 2008 Nanuq, She seems like a natural. People who enjoy taking photos like this are those who pay close attention to detail,, and take enjoyment out of the less obvious. She has a real knack for what makes for a nice photo. Now send her outdoors with some watches!! lol..
Nanuq Posted June 18, 2008 Author Report Posted June 18, 2008 Hey now, that's crazy talk! A camera is just a camera but a watch is a WATCH
SubFrog Posted June 18, 2008 Report Posted June 18, 2008 Impressive! I know you're proud. I always enjoy photography. And I also have an Olympus!
FxrAndy Posted June 18, 2008 Report Posted June 18, 2008 Love the rain on the leaf too, good work little Miss Nanuq
